With help from deep discounts for the oldest Disney Vacation Club resort, direct sales recorded its best monthly totals in calendar year 2024.

Buyers responded favorably to special sales incentives offered for the oldest Disney Vacation Club resort, helping overall direct point sales to show a 4.7% gain in month-over-month sales.

When the newest Disney Vacation Club resort sees a 72% jump in sales it usually means overall direct sales should be strong for the month.  But such was not the case in March 2024.

The latest direct purchase pricing offers deep discounts for actively-selling Disney Vacation Club resorts, lower-than-launch pricing for The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and a massive incentive for the program's oldest property.

Sales began for Disney Vacation Club’s newest resort in February 2024 but it didn’t result in a boost in overall direct point sales for the month as Disney's Riviera Resort continued to lead the way.
