After two months of declining sales, direct sales of Disney Vacation Club points perked up in December 2025, resulting in overall better than average sales for the calendar year.

After several months of upward trending sales, direct sales took a step back as all three Disney Vacation Club resorts at Walt Disney World being actively marketed sold fewer points in November 2025.

Disney Vacation Club has updated the members-only website to include Annual Dues balances and the payment schedule for 2026. 

Costs for the five Disney Vacation Club resorts currently in active sales are set to rise by $3-8 per point after the new year. 

Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows

New Disney Vacation Club are not radically different than the last wave, but $1500 bonus incentives on two resorts may appeal to some buyers.
