On October 30, 2023, Disney announced that The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort was “sold out.”  As sales for this popular resort come to a close, direct sales of Disney Vacation Club points dropped about 19% from the previous month. 

Resorts at Walt Disney World will generally see the lowest year-to-year increases with two properties coming in under 2%, while some off-site Disney Vacation Club resorts will see their dues rise 6-7% over 2023 rates.

Ad Valorem taxes were under-estimated for most Disney Vacation Club resorts in 2023, which will result in a balance due for many owners in early 2024.

Incentives have ended for The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort while other resorts feature net prices which are equal to or higher than the last round of discounts.

Led by the strong demand for The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort, Disney has sold almost 1.5 million Disney Vacation Club points in the last six months for resorts at Walt Disney World and new The Villas at Disneyland Hotel.
