In November 2023, Disney Vacation Club direct sales were better than the same period one year ago, while also dropping to their lowest level in seven months. 

Disney Vacation Club members can now find a reconciliation of their 2023 annual dues, plus the projected amount due for 2024 listed on their account. 

The base price of Disney Vacation Club's actively selling properties will rise in the new year. 

Disney's Riviera Resort

Disney Vacation Club has temporarily increased its discount for point purchases at Disney's Riviera Resort, while adding an incentive for Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort. 

On October 30, 2023, Disney announced that The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort was “sold out.”  As sales for this popular resort come to a close, direct sales of Disney Vacation Club points dropped about 19% from the previous month.
