Disney Vacation Club has updated the members-only website to include Annual Dues balances and the payment schedule for 2026.
DVC owners can now log into the members-only website to view the balance owed for the 2026 calendar year. The total can be found by clicking on "My DVC" then "My Annual Dues." The overview screen will display the total amount due for 2026, along with details regarding the auto-pay debits scheduled if applicable. The Annual Dues Statement link provides a resort-by-resort accounting, including any credits or balances owed from the 2025 propery tax estimations.
The total dues are based upon the per-point rates disclosed back in November. Per-point costs for each of the Disney Vacation Club resorts in 2026 can be found here. However, there is also an adjustment for any overestimation or underestimation of property taxes billed for the 2025 calendar year. Back in October we published estimates of the tax adjustments for Walt Disney World-based resorts. Some of the resorts had taxes that were over-estimated, leading to a credit due back to owners. Most were under-estimated, leading to a balance due.
In late 2024, Disney Vacation Club updated its policies regarding use of Disney Gift Cards to pay for annual dues. The revised policy states that gift cards cannot be used while members are enrolled in the auto-pay option. Also, members will not be able to add and remove auto-pay throughout the calendar year. As such, those wishing to apply gift cards will have the following options:
- Apply a gift card to the dues balance before February 14, and optionally enroll in auto-pay to fund the remaining balance over the course of the year.
- If a member removes auto-pay at any time after February 15, the full balance becomes immediately due. A gift card may be applied at that time. However, the entire balance must be paid or the account will be subject to late fees and penalties. The account may not re-enroll in auto-pay after applying a gift card mid-year.
The deadline for paying annual dues is January 15, 2026, however there is a one month grace period which runs until February 15, 2026. Owners must pay the full balance or be enrolled in auto-pay by February 15 in order to avoid penalties which may include suspension of booking rights and cancellation of upcoming trips.
