Effective February 10, 2026, DVC is raising the base prices for its actively-selling properties at Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort and Hawaii. The five impacted properties are listed below, along with the current and future rates:

  • Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows: $235 to $243 per point
  • Disneys Riviera Resort:  $235 to $243 per point
  • The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort:  $235 to $243 per point
  • Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas:  $235 to $243 per point
  • The Villas at Disneyland Hotel:  $245 to $248 per point

As noted, the three properties at Walt Disney World plus Aulani in Hawaii are increasing by $8 per point from $235 to $243. The Villas at Disneyland Hotel receives a more modest $3 per point increase, but the higher starting price sends rates from $245 each to $248.

Last week, Disney Vacation Club revealed its latest wave of promotional incentives. Included in those offers is a special $1500 bonus incentive on the Fort Wilderness Cabins and Disneyland Hotel. Those discounts are set to expire on the same day as the price increase, February 10. The combination of expiring incentives plus higher base rates suggests pricing from mid-February onward will be higher than the current net rates.
