In July 2012, 210,746 Disney Vacation Club points were sold, marking the fifth time this year that sales exceeded 200,000 points for a month. 

Disney Vacation Club has distributed a flyer offering special pricing to New York police and fire workers. 

Prices for Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas increased as expected but incentives remain the same.  

For the fourth month in a row, Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas led all Disney Vacation Club resorts in sales with 148,139 points sold in June 2012.  Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort and Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa were a distant second and third with 15,687 points and 13,017 points sold, respectively.

Disney Vacation Club's offer of a free 20 points for every 100 purchased ended as scheduled on June 15th.  The new offer is similar, albeit not quite as generous with the "free" points.
