With the commencement of sales for the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney Vacation Development recorded its best month for sales since August 2012. 205,610 Disney Vacation Club points were sold in June 2013, an increase of 32% over the previous month.

Non-members can now purchase points at the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa as Disney Vacation Club raises prices on its active resorts.  

Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas had another strong month in direct sales in May 2013 but overall Disney Vacation Club sales slipped 14.4% compared to the previous month. 155,413 points were sold in May '13 for the nine Disney Vacation Club resorts for which sales data is available.

Time is running out to add points at the newest Disney Vacation Club resort before prices rise.  

Led by strong sales for Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas in April 2013, Disney Vacation Development had its best month for direct sales since August 2012.
