Florida's legislature is set to review a proposal which would change how timeshare properties are valued, but it remains to be seen if Disney Vacation Club and its owners would benefit. 

Disney Vacation Club has raised the price of points at one resort, while limited time incentives are scheduled to end soon for another. 

Last month's Disney Vacation Club point sales total ranks in the bottom 10% over the last decade. Still, it was enough to make February 2021 the most successful month since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.
