It appears some credits will be forthcoming to some Disney Vacation Club members as a result of overpaid property taxes in 2021.

Lower than expected 2021 property taxes should yield credits for many owners of Walt Disney World-based Disney Vacation Club resorts, savings which may continue in 2022 and beyond.

Disney Vacation Club has filed a new amendment to the condominium association for Disney's Riviera Resort, adding 21 additional rooms for member reservations. 

For seven consecutive months, direct sales of Disney Vacation Club points exceeded the 110,00-point mark.  That streak came to an end in September 2021.
