Next month, Disney Vacation Club will give owners a new option for pre-scheduling their Annual Dues payments. 

Since hitting an all-time low of 9,540 points in June 2020, direct sales of Disney Vacation Club points have continued to improve each subsequent month.

Disney Vacation Club has again modified statements in its resale documents, extinguishing the brief hope that unpopular point use restrictions may be lifted. 

One unexpected byproduct of the COVID-19 panedmic is that Disney Vacation Club has filed far fewer leins against its members in 2020 than in recent years.

If the terms listed on new Disney Vacation Club resale paperwork are correct, it appears DVC is lightening its stance on how resale points can be used for Disney's Riviera Resort. 

Update 10/2: DVC has updated documents to remove Riviera from the list of eligible destinations.
