Disney Vacation Club has again modified statements in its resale documents, extinguishing the brief hope that unpopular point use restrictions may be lifted. 

One unexpected byproduct of the COVID-19 panedmic is that Disney Vacation Club has filed far fewer leins against its members in 2020 than in recent years.

If the terms listed on new Disney Vacation Club resale paperwork are correct, it appears DVC is lightening its stance on how resale points can be used for Disney's Riviera Resort. 

Update 10/2: DVC has updated documents to remove Riviera from the list of eligible destinations.

Disney Vacation Club has updated its offers and while they are not quite as good as the summer's reopening rates, buyers can still take advantage of impressive savings at several resorts including Riviera, Copper Creek and Aulani. 

September 16, 2020 is the final day to save on Disney Vacation Club points under the current incentive offers.
