Disney recorded its fourth consecutive month of increasing sales for the Disney Vacation Club. It is only the fourth time in the last 15 years that sales have sustained a streak of steadily improving monthly sales of four months or longer.
In September 2025, Disney sold 170,620 Disney Vacation Club points for the 12 DVC timeshare resorts located at World Disney World, slightly more than the 169,085 points sold in August 2025. Since May 2025 when it sold only 132,344 points, Disney has now recorded four months of improved sales.
In the 15 years DVCNews has tracked direct sales, a streak of four months of increasing sales has only happened two other times: July to October 2020 and April to July 2024. The longest streak of improved sales is five months, which occurred from December 2021 to April 2022.

Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows led all resorts in sales, with Disney’s Riviera Resort in second place and The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort a distant third. The largest single deed sold in September was an 800-point deed for Polynesian. The single largest deed sold for Riviera was for 650-points.
Disney’s Riviera Resort — In September 2025, 63,472 points were sold for Riviera Resort, making September the third best month of the calendar year for the resort. The Riviera is averaging 56,247 points a month in 2025, well below the 84,961 points it averaged the first nine months of 2024.
Disney has sold 5,455,823 Riviera points, about 81.0% of the resort’s 6,739,966 total points.
No Fixed Week deeds were sold in September for Riviera. So far, 144 such deeds have been sold for the resort.
Only 20 of the Riviera’s 341 vacation homes have not been declared for the DVC inventory. The DVC inventory now accounts for 5,817,509 points, or 94.4% of its 6,7 million total points. In all likelihood this declaration was the penultimate declaration before Riviera is fully declared for the DVC condominium association.
The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort — In September 2025, 13,670 points were sold for the Cabins, slightly less the resort’s high point of 13,890 points that was recorded in August. It is the fourth time Cabin sales exceeded the 10,000-point mark (March 2024, 12,326 points; January 2025, 10,140 points; and August 2025, 13,890 points).
Disney has now sold 141,240 points for the Cabins, which is about 5.1% of the resort’s estimated 2,780,943 total points. It is now averaging 7.062 points a month in sales.
Based on the Cabins’ total number of points and the number of cabins the resort will have when fully declared, each cabin has been allotted about 7,661 points. Given the number of points sold so far, Disney has “sold” about 18.5 cabins’ worth of points.
No Fixed Week deeds were sold for the Cabins in September. Disney has sold 22 Fixed Week deeds for the resort.
Disney has declared 63 cabins for the timeshare inventory. DVC members will be able to book using points up to 63 cabins on any given Use Day. There are still another 300 cabins that have not yet been declared. Disney will be able to use these 300 cabins for cash rentals or any other purpose it desires.
Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows — In September 2025, 80,333 points were sold for Polynesian, its best month since 91,219 points were sold in March 2025.
Disney has sold 963,649 points (26.7%) of the 3,608,934 points allotted to the residential units at the Polynesian’s Island Tower.
Island Tower has averaged 80,372 points a month since the first deeds were recorded in October 2024. At that pace, it will take about 32 months, or until the Summer of 2028, before all its points would be sold.
In September, two Fixed Week deed were sold for accommodations at Island Tower: a one-bedroom resort view villa and a Tower studio resort view villa. Disney has sold 39 Fixed Week deeds at the resort.
On August 4, 2025, Disney declared 12 more vacation homes for the timeshare inventory at Island Tower. This latest declaration increases the number of vacation homes that DVC members can book using points from 72 to 84. There are still 138 vacation homes at that have not yet been declared and are still under the control of Disney. The declared inventory accounts for 1,403,596 points, which is 38.9% of Island Tower’s 3,608,934 estimated total points.
The Orange County, California, Clerk Recorder is the source for public information about sales for the Disney Vacation Club resorts located at the Disneyland Resort. Beginning in January 2025, its public website no longer displays the deed document tax amount for deeds recorded with the county. Since the tax amount was the only way to infer the number of DVC points for each deed, it is no longer possible to estimate the number of points sold for The Villas at Disneyland Hotel or The Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel timeshare. Therefore, sales data for these resorts will no longer be included in the monthly sales report.
The sales data includes all 12 DVC resorts at Walt Disney World, as well as Disney's Vero Beach Resort, and Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort. Point sales data is not available for The Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel or The Villas at Disneyland Hotel. The data is compiled from deeds filed by Disney Vacation Development and recorded with the Orange County (FL) Comptroller, the Indian River County (FL) Clerk of Court, and the Beaufort County (SC) Register of Deeds. Thanks to Chris from dvc.market for assisting in the compilation of the sales data.
