Fall 2025 Disney Vacation Club Incentives Continue Favorable Summer Trends

Back in July, Disney Vacation Club unveiled a new slate of incentives which were a marked improvement over the last several cycles. These new offers for Fall 2025 continue that pattern with little more than a dollar or two shift at most discount levels.

Last time out, current owners looking to add 150 points or more at Disney's Riviera Resort qualified for a discount of $24 off each point. That particular incentive is down to just $20 per point now, with a net price of $215 each. Still, it's up from the $12 discount offered earlier this spring.

First time buyers can save $22 per point when buying 200, a slight decrease from the $24 promo this summer.   

Prices for The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort are still exceptional with higher incentives that kick-in at lower purchase levels.  First time buyers can save $26 per point by purchasing as little as 150 points, a change of just $2 per point. This size purchase would also qualify them for all of the DVC Membership Extras. 

Current owners will save $26 per point with just a 125-point add-on, again just $2 more than with the Summer offers. 

Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows continues to be priced as the premier destination, though some of the numbers did tick upward slightly. Add-ons of 100 or 125 points will save $5 each. At the 150-point threshold, things improve nominally with a $9 discount off of the $235 retail price. First time buyers also see minor improvements of a dollar or two at certain levels and no change at others. 

All told, points at the Polynesian will cost significantly more than either Riviera or the Ft Wilderness cabins. A first time buyer pays $226 per point for 200 Polynesian points, or $45,200 plus closing costs and fees. That same number of points goes for $42,600 at Riviera or $40,800 at Ft Wilderness. 

Aulani incentives are virtually unchanged compared to the last cycle. However, like Rivera and the Cabins, the best discounts kick in at a lower purchase level. First time buyers save $26 per point off a 200-point purchase while current owners benefit from the same savings on 150 or more.  

And for the last of the actively-selling destinations, The Villas at Disneyland Hotel again saw modest incentive changes of a dollar or so at various point thresholds. The best incentives kick in with new buys of 200 points and add-ons of 150 or more. 

The base price for The Villas at Disneyland Hotel is higher at $245 each. 200 vacation points currently goes for $217 each for a new member and $214 for a current owner adding-on. 

Finally, this cycle's winner of the "discounted older resort" award goes to Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort. With a base price of $215, incentives range from $9 per point for an add-on of 100-124 points, up to $21 off of 150 or more. This offer is available only to current owners adding points, not to first-time buyers. 

Above offers for all resorts are set to expire on December 10, 2025.  

Disney Vacation Club's Magical Beginnings program may apply to certain resort purchases. Magical Beginnings allows buyers to effectively sell back their first year's set of points in return for an additional credit of $20 per point. Additional discounts may be offered for D23 members, Chase Disney Cardholders, active duty military and other groups.
