As previously reported, two buildings at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa are in the midst of renovations as Disney launches its 2-year resort-wide update project.
Two buildings in the Congress Park section of the resort are closed to guests as crews work to refresh both the interior and exterior of the buildings. These photos, courtesy of DVCrequest.com, show some of the barriers erected along with the cherry pickers workers utilize as they to paint and repair the building exteriors.
Renovations began back in June 2019. The full project is expected to last at least 2 years, running into the spring of 2021. All villa interiors will also be updated with new floor and wall coverings, furniture, appliances and other decor.
