A water leak near the lobby of Disney's Riviera Resort is currently disrupting some resort services.
On the message boards at DVCinfo.com, poster "MMDVC" shared photos of a water leak in progress at Riviera. The images are of Le Petit Cafe, showing water streaming down from above. Le Petit Cafe is the coffee bar and sweet shop located immediately off the Riviera lobby, next door to the La Boutique gift shop.
Water leaks are not entirely unheard of at Walt Disney World resorts. Back in 2021, Disney's BoardWalk Villas had a significant leak which caused damage across several floors.
At this time, it is not clear how far reaching the impact may be with this Riviera incident. Expect that the cafe and surrounding areas will remain closed while the damage is assessed. Impacted guests in rooms above should be relocated if necssary. Check out the photos at DVCinfo.com.
