Disney Vacation Club is one step closer to selling ownership in its twelfth timeshare property.

Construction continues on the Disney Vacation Club villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.  With most of the framework in place, prefabricated villa rooms are now visible in some bays.
