Disney Vacation Club has been rather stingy in its release of information regarding the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort.  Fortunately we have a trio of new model room photos to tide us over.  

Disney Vacation Club released very little meaningful information on its twelfth timeshare property since its announcement back in December 2011.  Thanks to Disney's filings with the Orange County Comptroller, a great deal of new information has emerged regarding the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort.  

When sales start for the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort, buyers will have the option of purchasing traditional Disney Vacation Club points or a Fixed Ownership Interest.
