The first Guaranteed Week deed for the VIllas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa has been recorded by the Orange County Comptroller's office.  

Four and 1/2 months remain until the grand opening of the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.  Among the noteworthy developments in this stunning photo update are the addition of the signature red Grand Floridian roof shingles.
