No less than six Disney Vacation Club resorts are scheduled to be refurbished throughout 2016. If these photos are any indication, Disney's Vero Beach Resort is sure to rank among the most dramatic upgrades.

Disney's Vero Beach Resort was just the second Disney Vacation Club property at its debut in October 1995. This update represents the first major "hard goods" refurbishment in its 20+ year history. Other resorts scheduled for updates this year include Disney's Beach Club Villas, Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas, Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort, Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel and the Treehouse Villas at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa.
The Vero Beach refurbishment is scheduled to conclude before the end of the year.
