Owners can now register to attend the Disney Vacation Club annual association meetings scheduled for December 9-10, 2025.
Disney's Contemporary Resort
Despite the rollback in Florida's requirement for quarterly condo assocation meetings, Disney Vacation Club plans to continue with smaller annual meetings for each of its timeshare properties. The meetings are set to take place December 9-10, 2025 in the convention center at Disney's Contemporary Resort.

- The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort: 9:30am
- Disney's BoardWalk Villas: 10:30am
- Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas: 11:30am
- Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort: 1:00pm
- Disney's Beach Club Villas: 2:00pm
- The Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel: 3:00pm
- The Villas at Disneyland Hotel: 4:00pm
- Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas: 5:00pm
Wednesday, December 10, 2025:
- Disney's Old Key West Resort: 9:00am
- Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort: 10:00am
- Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows: 11:00am
- The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort: 12:00pm
- Copper Creek Villas & Cabins: 1:00pm
- Boulder Ridge Villas: 2:00pm
- Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort: 3:00pm
- Disney's Vero Beach Resort: 4:00pm
DVC members can attend meetings only for resorts at which they own points. These resort-specific meetings are a more formalized version of the annual meeting which previously took place each December. The board will meet to ratify resort budgets for 2026 and address any other outstanding business. Questions may also be fielded from owners in attendance.
Member Gathering eliminated
Grand Californian and Disneyland Hotel owners can also participate by attending via the Frontier Tower at Disneyland Hotel.
The larger Member Gathering and Reception has apparently been eliminated entirely. Once home to a consolidated annual meeting session, and in 2024 an addendum to the individual resort meetings, a reception open to all Disney Vacation Club owners is no longer on the schedule.
