Disney Vacation Club's customer service unit will be closed for a half day next week for internal training.
On Wednesday, October 1, 2025, DVC Member Services will be closed from 9:00am to 1:30pm for a staff training session. Member Services will open at 1:30pm and remain avaialble to assist owners until 5:00pm. On Thursday, October 2, Member Services will return to its normal operating hours of 9am to 5pm.
During the closure, most account management features will be available on the members-only website. This includes the ability to make, change and cancel upcoming reservations, pay annual dues, purchase dining plans and more.
No specific reason has been given for the half-day closure.
