On the morning of October 9, 2025, eligible Disney Vacation Club members can register for the three bonus Moonlight Magic sessions at Disney's Animal Kingdom.
Last month Disney Vacation Club revealed that it was adding three more Moonlight Magic nights before the end of this year. General registration opens at 11:00am Eastern on Thursday, October 9 for the following dates in fall 2025:
- Wednesday, October 29, 2025
- Tuesday, November 18, 2025
- Monday, December 15, 2025
The process utilizes a virtual queue to manage sign-ups. Members are advised to arrive in the waiting room prior to the designated start time. At 11am, all individuals in the waiting room will be assigned a random queue position. This queue position will determine whether or not the member can register for the event.
The virtual queue will be posted on the DVC Moonlight Magic website.
During the general registration, eligible Disney Vacation Club owners can register for themselves and up to 4 guests. Advance registration was previously hosted for members with a Disney hotel stay on the night of an event. During general registration, event availability is typically very limited.
Members are limited to one of the three newly-announced Fall Moonlight Magic events.
Moonlight Magic is a free after-hours event exclusivel for DVC members. The event includes complimentary admission to the theme park. Guests will be able to enjoy attractions like Avatar Flight of Passage and Expedition Everest with anticipated short wait times, unique character encounters, free snacks and more. Owners must be eligible for Membership Extras in order to participate. The qualifying DVC member must be present during the event, and able to provide both their digital DVC member card and a photo ID.
Disney Vacation Club also revealed the Moonlight Magic schedule for 2026 with 9 events planned across five different Disney parks.
