The full list of registration dates for 2026 Disney Vacation Club Moonlight Magic sessions is now available, with the first three events opening on December 16, 2025 for resort guests followed by general registration on December 19.
Disney Vacation Club will host 9 Moonlight Magic events throughout 2026. This year, DVC will accept registrations for multiple events in a single wave with two to four different nights open for booking on three different sets of dates.
Registration takes place in two waves. First, members with hotel reservations on the night of the event can participate in the Early Registration, securing spots for all guests listed on their reservation. Later a General Registration will be held for qualifying members without a hotel reservation.

Registration for all events will utilize a virtual queue system, assigning a random place in line to each member hoping to register. Most events do not have sufficient capacity to accommodate all who may wish to attend. Virtual queue links will be sent out less than 24 hours before registration is set to occur. Registration typically opens at 11:00am eastern on the designated day.
Beginning in 2025, members were limited to just one Moonlight Magic event per season. Although policies have not been confirmed for 2026, the grouping of registration dates strongly suggests similar restrictions will be enforced for 2026.
In order to take advantage of the Early Registration for the Walt Disney World events, members must have a resort reservation in place at either a Disney World location or Disney's Vero Beach Resort for the night of the event. Reservations must be made through DVC Member Services using either points or cash. Reservations made through the Disney website, travel agent or similar option are not eligible. For Early Registration to the event at Disney California Adventure, a reservation is required at one of the three Disneyland hotels using either points or cash through Member Services.
Owners must qualify for Membership Extras in order to register their party, and the member must be present at event check-in.
For the past 3 years, Disney Vacation Club has added more Moonlight Magic dates later in the year, however those details were not revealed until much closer to the events. Three additional nights at Disney's Animal Kingdom for the Fall of 2025 were not announced until mid September.
