On the morning of October 2, 2025, Disney Vacation Club members with a hotel reservation can register for one of the three bonus Moonlight Magic sessions at Disney's Animal Kingdom.
Back in September Disney Vacation Club revealed that it was adding three more Moonlight Magic nights to the calendar in 2025. Registration for all three nights opens at 11:00am Eastern on Thursday, October 2 for the following dates:
- Wednesday, October 29, 2025
- Tuesday, November 18, 2025
- Monday, December 15, 2025
The process utilizes a virtual queue to manage sign-ups. Members are advised to arrive in the waiting room prior to the designated start time. At 11am, all individuals in the waiting room will be assigned a random queue position. This queue position will determine whether or not the member can register for the event.

During this early event registration period, eligible Disney Vacation Club owners with hotel reservations on the night of the event can register for themselves and up to 4 guests, or up to the number of guests listed on their hotel reservation, whichever is larger. Hotel reservations must be made with Disney Vacation Club points or otherwise booked through DVC Member Services, with stays scheduled for a Walt Disney World resort or Disney's Vero Beach Resort.
Members are limited to one Moonlight Magic per season, meaning they must choose one of the three upcoming dates in October, November and December.
Moonlight Magic is a free after-hours event exclusivel for DVC members. The event includes complimentary admission to the theme park. Guests will be able to enjoy attractions like Avatar Flight of Passage and Expedition Everest with anticipated short wait times, unique character encounters, free snacks and more. Owners must be eligible for Membership Extras in order to participate. The qualifying DVC member must be present during the event, and able to provide both their digital DVC member card and a photo ID.
General Registration for all 3 fall 2025 events will take place on October 9.
Disney Vacation Club also revealed the schedule of Moonlight Magic nights for 2026 with 9 events planned across five different Disney parks.
