With less than a month before the Disney Vacation Club "First Wave" sailing to Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point, Disney has revealed two of the special guests who will be on board to entertain members.
On June 14, 2024 DVC owners will board the Disney Magic for an exclusive cruise stopping at Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. The visit comes just days after the island's scheduled opening on June 6. Although this isn't an official "Member Cruise", Disney has offered a preview of some unique merchandise given to cruisers and two celebrity guests traveling on the ship.
Kensington Tallman, who provided the voice of teenage Riley in the upcoming 'Inside Out 2' will be on board to introduce screenings of the Disney / Pixar film. Additionally, James Ford Murphy, creator of the Pixar short 'Lava' will give members a look behind the scenes of the film.
DVC previously showcased some of the merchandise which will be given to cruisers including a custom Corkcicle bottle with the Membership Magic logo, and a carrying case and reversible bucket hat, both sporting the Lookout Cay logo.
Cabins remain available on this DVC exclusive cruise. The ship sails out of Ft Lauderdale for five nights, with two stops at Lighthouse Point, one visit to Castaway Cay and a day at sea.
