Peter H. Dominick Jr., the artichect whose firm designed Disney's Wilderness Lodge, Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge and Disney's Grand Californian Hotel has died at the age of 67.  Dominick was the victim of an apparent heart attack while cross country skiing in Apsen, CO.

Back in August we reported that Disney had obtained permits to refurbish guest rooms at the Villas at Disney's WIlderness Lodge.  Courtesy of the new issue of Disney Files magazine we now have some additional information regarding this project.

A new permit was recently filed to perform refurbishment work at the Villas at Disney's  Wilderness Lodge.

Website WDWMagic.com is reporting that Disney Vacation Club rooms at the Wilderness Lodge are scheduled for extensive refurbishments later in 2008.
