From January 12-30, 2026, the boat dock at Disney's Wilderness Lodge will be closed for routine maintenance.
From January 12 through early April, the dock at Wilderness Lodge will undergo refurbishment. As part of this project, boat service will be discontinued entirely from Janaury 12-30. Bus service will remain available to connect guests to Magic Kingdom and other theme parks, as well as Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.
Wilderness Lodge typically offers an all-day boat loop connecting the resort to Fort Wilderness and Magic Kingdom. In the evening hours, service expands to include Disney's Contemporary Resort.
The exterior of Disney's Wilderness Lodge is currently being refurbished, a project that is expected to continue into late 2026. All Disney Vacation Club villas in Copper Creek Villas & Cabins were renovated in mid-2025. Rooms received a light refresh with updates to wall coverings, artwork and other soft goods.
