Disney has provided some early images of updated decor being installed in the Treehouse Villas at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort.
Via a social media post from Walt Disney Imagineering, we have our first look at changes planned for the first hard goods update to the Saratoga Springs Treehouse Villas.

The changes largely reflect subtle improvements in the decor and color palette of the freestanding treehouses. The living space is equipped with new furniture and appliances.

There is no sign of the pull-down Murphy-style beds that have made their way to most Disney Vacation Club destinations. The pull-out sofa bed appears to have been retained.

Both of the bedrooms featured have new wall art and surrounds. Disney characters are heavily showcased throughout the unit. Designers combed through 100 years of Disney animation archives to identify which characters would mostly likely appear in a treehouse-like environment.

The update process begins with a virtual model of the updated villa, and moves on to a functional model created using one of the current rooms. Designers use this functional model to finalize the design, and as a reference point while other villas are updated.

No clear images were provided of the room that currently houses bunk beds, nor of either bathroom. All 60 treehouses are set to be updated between now and January 2027.
