The transportation system connecting Disney's Riviera Resort and other hotels to both EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios will be closed for about a week.
From January 25-31, 2026, Disney's Skyliner will be closed for maintenance. The Skyliner is the primary mode of transportation for guests at Disney's Riviera Resort to reach both EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios. Other resorts on the line include Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, Disney's Art of Animation Resort and Disney's Pop Century Resort. Guests at Disney's BoardWalk Inn and Villas and Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts can also the system for access to Hollywood Studios.
During the closure, bus service will be provided from each of the Skyliner resorts to the two impacted theme parks.
January is a common time to perform maintenance on the Skyliner. The line closed for short periods of time in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. No closure occurred in 2025.
Note that maintenance schedules are estimates only. Individual routes on the Skyliner may reopen sooner or later than anticipated as work is completed.
