Close examination of construction photos and public documents allows us to make some educated guesses regarding the number of rooms of each type. 

One, Two Bedroom living room

As Disney begins accepting cash reservations for Island Tower at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, we get our first look at the guest rooms along with an anticipated opening date of December 17, 2024. 

Two Bedroom Penthouse Villa

Features are continuing to come into focus with less than 7 months before a likely December 2024 opening for Island Tower at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows. 

Many Disney Vacation Club members have been waiting for confirmation that the new Island Tower being constructed on Seven Seas Lagoon will be part of the existing condominium association for Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows. They may finally be getting their wish.

The newest Disney Vacation Club facility is said to add 268 rooms to Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows.
