Beginning in mid-July, the popular brunch venue at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will be closed for several months.
One of the few locations not recently refurbished at the Grand Floridian will finally get some attention in the second half of 2026. From mid-July through October 2026, Grand Floridian Cafe will be closed for renovations.
Grand Floridian Cafe is a popular location at the resort, offering a brunch service that extends into the early afternoon along with dinner in the evening. During the closure, Citricos will expand its operating hours to accommodate brunch. Other dining options at the resort include signature dining in Narcoossees and Victoria & Albert's, character buffet 1900 Park Fare and quick service Gasparilla Island Grill.
Narcoossee's, Michelin star winner Victoria & Albert's and 1900 Park Fare have all been renovated in the last 3 years, along with the resort's guest rooms and villas. Citricos received updates back in 2020. The resort's main lobby was refreshed in 2025, a project which included addition of The Perch lobby bar.
