Grand Floridian

For the second consecutive year, Victora & Albert's at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa has been awarded a MICHELIN star for exceptional cuisine.

Victoria & Albert's was again recognized as one of the world's finest restaurants, recieving the prestigeous MICHELIN Star award. Only seven restaurants in the greater Orlando area received the designation for 2025, with about 30 award-winners throughout the state of Florida

The MICHELIN rating program has been around for more than a century, recognizing the finest cuisine and service at establishments around the world. MICHELIN assigns 1-3 stars to qualifying restaurants. A Green Star program has also been created to recogize establishments for their sustainability efforts.

The menu is inspired by the heritage and experiences of the entire culinary team, with a focus on utilizing premium sustainable ingredients. The culinary program is overseen by Chef de Cuisine and Walt Disney Legacy Award Winner Matthew Sowers, with maître d’hôtel and sommelier Israel Perez guiding a wine program that features more than 500 selections.

MICHELIN's inspectors' notes had this to say about the Walt Disney World eatery:

Nestled within Disney’s crown jewel, the Grand Floridian Resort, this restaurant is by no means an easy reservation. The setting is intimate, and the pacing is that of a leisurely, three-hour waltz orchestrated by a gracious brigade of veteran servers. Chef Matthew Sowers cooks with contemporary verve and draws on influences spanning from Asia to the Nordics. Think delicate tarts set with New Zealand langoustine, striking “sandwiches” made with venison carpaccio and red cabbage, and bold sauces like cherry-cola bordelaise. Other details like water lists, an ornate coffee and tea service, and a serious wine program further impress.

Victoria & Alberts is the first and only restaurant owned by a U.S. theme park to receive a MICHELIN Star. Capa, located on the 17th floor of the Four Seasons Orlando, is also a current MICHELIN Star award winner.

Victora & Alberts is open Tuesday through Saturday evenings. The prix fixe menu starts at $295 per person with wine pairings for an additional $155. Dining reservations are recommended, and can be made via the My Disney Experience website or smartphone app.
