Disney Vacation Club released very little meaningful information on its twelfth timeshare property since its announcement back in December 2011. Thanks to Disney's filings with the Orange County Comptroller, a great deal of new information has emerged regarding the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort.

* One Bedroom Villas will feature one bathroom; Two Bedroom Villas have two bathrooms
* There are no dedicated Deluxe Studio or One Bedroom Villas
* Grand Villas feature four bedrooms and four bathrooms
* The six Grand Villas are stacked on the end of the building which most directly faces the Magic Kingdom
Other Notes
* Ownership runs through January 31, 2064 (approx 50 years)
* Fixed Week purchases will apparently be offered
* Specific views categories are not listed in filings but a passing reference to "Lake View" suggests there will be more than one.
* Nightly point requirements are still unknown but it appears they will run 10-50% higher than comparable villas at Bay Lake Tower.
* The building is six stories tall at its highest point. Floors 1-4 encompass the full building footprint while floors 5 and 6 are smaller with fewer villas than below.
* The Grand Floridian Condominium Assocation is being added to the traditional Disney Vacation Club timeshare program. Owners at existing resorts will have full rights to book available Grand Floridian rooms 7 months prior to arrival.
