Flying Fish restaurant on Disney's BoardWalk will reopen Wednesday, August 3 2016 after a refurbishment lasting more than six months.

The interior of the restaurant has been completely redesigned and features an on-stage kitchen. New head chef Tim Majoras has created an all new menu highlighted by sustainable fish and shellfish. Dishes include corn-crusted Gulf shrimp, wild Alaskan king salmon and plancha-seared Hokkaido scallops.
A new wine list will also debut with close to 80 selections available by the glass.
