Disney's Lakeshore Lodge is now just 8 months away from making its debut as the eighteenth Disney Vacation Club property.
New details are constantly appearing on the large resort structure. Many large trees in the area have been retained for this nature-themed property situated between Disney's Wilderness Lodge and Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort.
Additional structures are still under construction along the shores of Bay Lake.
A close look at the free-standing A-frame Lake Houses shows a completed exterior. The resort will offer a mixture of One and Two Bedroom Lake Houses.
The eastern side of the new building is clearly visible from the Fort Wilderness Settlement Depot. Some guests may not appreciate the sight lines. However, guests at both properties will have easy access to a variety of restaurants and other amenities.
Disney's Lakeshore Lodge is scheduled to open on July 1, 2027. Disney Vacation Club members have an exclusive opportunity to stay at the resort several days before its grand opening. Reservations for the preview event open on November 7, 2026.
