Dandelion Terrace will offer a view of the Magic Kingdom fireworks via dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Bay Lake, while the resort lobby draws inspiration from a Disney animated classic.
Disney Lakeshore Lodge, the newest Disney Vacation Club destination, will include a large two story private lounge facing toward the Magic Kingdom and its nightly fireworks display. As shown in the concept art above, the space is designed with dandelion-shaped light fixtures. It will also feature a gallery of Disney artwork from classic films like Fantasia.
There is no word on how access to Dandelion Terrace will be controlled, nor what sort of food and beverage offerings it may provide. Bay Lake Tower's Top of the World Lounge is accessible only to Disney Vacation Club owners who qualify for Membership Extras. Eligible members may book a prix fixe package featuring light snacks, dessert and a cocktail to guarantee seating inside the lounge.
Elsewhere, Disney provided a first look at the lobby of Lakeshore Lodge. The space draws inspiration from the Disney animated film 'Pocahontas' with a blown glass sculpture featuring hundreds of leaves and a fiber optic river running under the lobby floor. Cypress wood accents and custom tapestries also decorate the resort entry point.
Disney Lakeshore Lodge is slated to be the eighteenth Disney Vacation Club property with an expected opening in Summer 2027.
