The kids water play area at Disney's Vero Beach Resort is scheduled to be closed through most of the fall 2021.
A recent operational update published by Disney indicates that the Tiger Lily wet play area at Vero Beach will be closed from September 7 through November 15, 2021.
The closure only impacts the kids play area. The resort's feature pool and Pirate's Plunge Pool Slide will remain open to guests.
The project is labeled a refurbishment, with no specifics regarding potential changes or upgrades to the area.
The water play area at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort recently reopened following a refurbishment of its own. Disney had previously revealed that the Samawati Springs pool at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village will close from January - April 2022 for renovations.
