The area surrounding the new food service facilities at Disney's Vero Beach Resort is still quite a mess today, but things should begin shaping up very shortly.
The projected mid-November opening for the new Wind & Waves Grill and Wind & Wave Market is just days away. Crews are still hard at work on the transition, converting the space formerly occupied by both Sonya's and Shutters restaurants into a combination table service restaurant and quick service market.
