Building exteriors will be refurbished at Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort over a 6-month span from late 2025 to early 2026.
Shortly after Labor Day 2025, a long term refurbishment project is set to begin at the Hilton Head Disney Vacation Club resort. From September 8, 2025 to March of 2026, exterior maintenance will be performed on resort buildings. While crews will make some effort to shield guests from the work, visitors should expect some visible work taking place at the resort during this period. Guests may see and hear construction work during daytime hours.
Expect that some buildings or guest rooms will be temporarily closed to accommodate workers. The project begins after the end of the resort's popular summer season.
Guest room interiors at Hilton Head were refurbished back in 2023-2024. Earlier this year, both the Big Dipper Pool and the Beach House Pool were briefly closed for routine maintenance.
