After hearing from members frustrated over the spring and summer Vacation Planner mailings, Disney Vacation Club has decided to make changes to the publication.

Reminder that Disney Vacation Club Member Services will have limited system capabilities on Wednesday December 1, 2010 as Disney continues it's company-wide computer systems upgrades.

Recently details emerged regarding a planned upgrade to Disney Vacation Club computer systems which will result in Member Services downtime on October 12 and 13.  However it how appears that the downtime will impact not only DVC but all of Disney's reservation systems.
