Disney Vacation Club has announced that its Member Services call center hours will soon be extended to 7:30pm on weekdays.

Disney Vacation Club computer systems will go down for maintenance late on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 and are expected to return to service at some undetermined time on Wednesday, May 16.  

Disney Vacation Club's Doorway to Dreams sales center in suburban Chicago hosts monthly orientation meetings to help new members learn more about their vacation club purchase.  

Disney Vacation Club is in the process of distributing printed copies of the 2013 point charts to its members.

Disney Vacation Club Member Services has a computer upgrade scheduled for Thursday, February 23, 2012.  Systems will be down for approximately 10 hours, during which Member Services will be closed and online booking unavailable.
