For the first time since the start of the pandemic, direct Disney Vacation Club point sales topped the 200,000-point mark for three consecutive months.

Saratoga Springs joins the list of resorts with a limited time purchase incentive when buying points direct from Disney Vacation Club. 

At its meeting later today, the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District is expected to approve a reduction in property tax millage rates. However the move is not likely to result in lower property taxes for Disney Vacation Club owners. 

With help from Disney Vacation Club’s two newest properties, direct sales recorded its best month in over a year.

Buoyed by a surge in sales for one older Disney Vacation Club property, the eleven Walt Disney World DVC resorts recorded their best month for sales in 2023.
