There are only days left to submit an agreement to purchase Disney Vacation Club points via the secondary market and retain all of the booking options afforded to members.

On January 18 Disney Vacation Club announced pending limitations to buyers who purchase their ownership interests via the secondary market.  Since that initial announcement there have been clarifications on a couple aspects of these changes.

As previously reported by DVCNews.com, contract purchases through a reseller will soon be subject to limitations in the variety of destinations at which the points can be utilized.  DVCMember.com has been updated to include Disney Vacation Club's official statement on the differentiation between direct and resale purchases.

Disney Vacation Club is set to unveil a Direct Purchase Benefit program in which some destinations will be withheld from those purchasing points on the secondary market.
