Owners can now register to attend the Disney Vacation Club association meetings scheduled for December 10-12, 2024.
Disney's Contemporary Resort
A recent change in Florida law now requires Disney Vacation Club to hold quarterly Board of Directors meetings for each Florida-based condominium association, along with annual meetings for other associations. The first quarterly meetings were held back in September, 2024. The next wave of resort-specific meetings has now been set, with sessions taking place in the convention center at Disney's Contemporary Resort.

Tuesday, December 10, 2024:
- Copper Creek Villas & Cabins: 8:30am
- Boulder Ridge Villas: 9:30am
- Disney's Riviera Resort: 10:30am
- Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort: 11:30am
- The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort: 1:00pm
- The Villas at Disneyland Hotel: 2:00pm
- The Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel: 3:00pm
- Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort: 4:00pm
- Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas: 5:00pm
Wednesday, December 11, 2024:
- Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows: 9:00am
- Disney's Beach Club Villas: 10:00am
- Disney's BoardWalk Villas: 11:00am
- The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort: 12:00pm
- Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas: 1:30pm
- Disney's Vero Beach Resort: 2:30pm
- Disney's Old Key West Resort: 3:30pm
- Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort: 4:30pm
DVC members can attend meetings only for resorts at which they own points. These resort-specific meetings are expected to be a more formalized version of the annual meeting which previously took place each December. The board will meet to ratify resort budgets for 2025 and address any other outstanding business. Questions may also be fielded from owners in attendance.
A simulcast will be offered for the two California resorts from the Adventure Tower at Disneyland Hotel.
The following day, a Member Gathering and Reception is planned for 11:00am eastern on Thursday, December 12. This session may bear a closer resemblance to the normal December meetings with a recap of member events and achievements over the the past year and a look forward to some changes planned for 2025. The reception is also being hosted at the Contemporary.

Regular board meetings are expected to take place in March, June, September and December. Quarterly meetings are not required for any of the non-Florida properties, nor for The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort which is legally configured as a Trust rather than a condominium association.
