Member Services hours and pool hopping are just two of the Disney Vacation Club perks and services which are impacted by the Christmas and New Year's holidays.
Following is a list of services which may be interrupted in the days surrounding Christmas and New Year's:
DVC Member Services, Member Accounting and Member Administration: Closed starting at 3:00pm on Thursday, December 24, 2020. Japan Member Services closing at 6:00pm Hawai'i time. DVCMember.com website should remain available, except during scheduled maintenance periods. All departments will reopen at 9:00am Eastern on Saturday, December 26.
Member Services, Member Administration and Member Accounting will close at 3:00pm on Thursday, December 31. Japan Member Services closing at 6:00pm Hawai'i time. All departments reopening at 9am on Saturday, January 2, 2021.
Disney Vacation Club owner perks: Although Disney Vacation Club does not provide a concise list of blockout dates, member perks and discounts are often suspended on Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Members are advised to speak with a Cast Member before assuming that dining and merchandise discounts will apply.
Top of the World Lounge: Currently unavailable.
DVC Member Pool Hopping: All pool hopping is suspended from December 18, 2020 through January 2, 2021.
Walt Disney World Gold Pass: Admission to the Walt Disney World theme parks is not available from December 18, 2020 through January 2, 2021 for those using the Gold annual pass.
Tables in Wonderland: All discounts are blocked-out on December 24-25 and December 31-January 1. On these dates, the 20% meal discount is not offered, and all valet & parking perks are suspended.
