Disney Vacation Club members have the option to visit many other resort pools at Walt Disney World...except during designated blackout periods during the year.  One of those blackout periods has arrived.

There are still two weeks left to check out the 2013 edition of Disney Vacation Club's Merry Member Mixer holiday party.

Disney seems to be taking a year-by-year approach to this particular member perk but we now know it will stick around at least through 2014.  

Located in the Presidio of San Francisco, California, not far from the Golden Gate Bridge, is something that will appeal to Disney fans: The Walt Disney Family Museum.

Pushing the 2014 S.S. Member Cruise up to the end of August appears to have increased interest among Disney Vacation Club members.
