In October 2025, Disney Vacation Club owners have four opportunities to meet Disney characters and grab some holiday treats on Disney's BoardWalk.
Disney Vacation Club's Halloween Meet & Treat is back for another year. Moving from Atlantic Dance Hall to a new location in the Convention Center at Disney's BoardWalk Inn & Villas, the event gives owners a chance to meet with Disney characters while enjoying music, treats and other surprises. The event is scheduled for four dates in October:
- Monday, October 13, 2025
- Tuesday, October 14, 2025
- Monday, October 27, 2025
- Tuesday, October 28, 2025
Each day, the event will take place from 11:00am to 1:00pm. The event will take place in rooms Promenade West/Salons I-III of the BoardWalk Convention Center. Costumes may be worn, but they must adhere to Disney's theme park costume guidelines. Characters scheduled to appear have not been announced.
In order to participate, owners must qualify for Membership Extras and must have a resort reservation booked at Walt Disney World or Disney's Vero Beach Resort. Members may bring up to 4 accompanying guests.
Parking is not available at the BoardWalk; guests are encouraged to use Disney transportation to attend. No advance reservations are required, however the line may close prior to 1:00pm if capacity limits are reached.
During the Halloween season, DVC owners can also stop by McKim's Mile House during Friday night presentations of Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party for a free tote bag.
