The 30-year Disney veteran will helm Disney Signature Services, the business unit which includes Disney Vacation Club, Aulani, Disney Cruise Line and other operations.

The latest executive shuffle for The Walt Disney Company sees Natacha Rafalski take over Disney Signature Services. In addition to Disney Vacation Club, the division's other units include Adventures by Disney, National Geographic Expeditions, Golden Oak and Storyliving by Disney.
Rafalski comes from Disneyland Paris where she recently oversaw the transformation of of Walt Disney Studios park to Disney Adventure World. During her term which began in 2018, the park also added its version of Avengers Campus featuring Spider-Man W.E.B Adventure and PYM Kitchen.
Prior to the post at Disneyland Paris, Rafalski served as Chief Financial Officer of The Walt Disney Company Greater China from 2013 to 2017.
Bill Diercksen continues to serve as Disney Vacation Club Senior Vice President and General Manager.
In other moves, Joe Schott has been named President of Walt Disney World, succeeding Jeff Vahle who recently announced his retirement. Schott is the current head of Disney Signature Services.
35-year Disney vet Christophe Murphy was elevated to President of Disneyland Paris.
