The 106,196 square foot facility was previously leased to house staff members for the Disney Vacation Club timeshare sales unit.
Orlando Business Journal is reporting that Disney purchase a building located at 1390 Celebration Boulevard for $19.4 million. The sale was recorded by Osceola County on March 5, 2025. It was regarded as an "off-market" sale in which both parties quietly agreed to terms on the transfer.
It is not immediately clear what Disney plans to do with the property. However it has been utilized by staff of Disney Vacation Club including the timeshare program's call center employees.
In the 1990s, Disney played an integral role in planning and developing the community of Celebration, Florida. However the company later sold off most of its holdings and relinquished control over local government. However, Disney does maintain a variety of offices in the area.
